12/4/10,4/11 TK 1458 Martinez in Taipei, Taiwan

Last night, TK1458 Martinez was greeted by CO me and GPR JMS of Taiwan Outpost upon arrival to rapid train Taipei station from Taiwan CKS airport. Soon after checked in to hotel, Martinez met up with the rest of the 501st members in Taiwan by having Chinese Cantonese style dinner.



Martinez performed a good public relation and well represented the Polish Garrison by sent out garrison patch, coin, T-shirt and most valuable...garrison banner. In return, me and GPR JMS sent out patches of Taiwan Outpost, event patch, PR card and toy to Martinez.



Worth to mentioned that Martinez also bought a Polish produce top quality ice Vodka and was finished (with Taiwan beers :twisted: ) during gathering party at hotel after dinner.

During the next day of today, GPR JMS act as tour guide and lead Martinez for a city tour.

During yesterday, friend of 501st Taiwan Outpost CO me drove car for more of Martinez's city tour. By celebrating the 17th anniversary met of CO and XO of Taiwan Outpost, Martinez was invited to dinner together.



After dinner, I bought 30 cans of Taiwan+Japan produce beers to the hotel room of Martinez by havig a crazy beer party. The beer party end at 1:00am.

Today, friend of me drove car and sent Martinez to airport and back to Poland.

I've received words from our fellow Trooper that he's back with us. I would like to thank you guys for being such a wonderful hosts for Martinez. Once again it's been shown that Legion isn't only about costuming. It's about shared passions and friendship, no matter distance or language barrier. I hope there'll be occasion someday for us all to troop together.
